This months healing circle will be HYBRID I will be on the beach (weather permitting!!). If you are local please consider joining me on the beach or online. Take time to sit or lay down on or off camera to heal and release stuck and stagnant energy. Summer time is WONDERFUL but also filled with things we all want to do and get done. Give yourself an hour to sit and relax, I will hopefully be on the beach sending all we release out into the sea!! Letting go and releasing feels GREAT!! Taking a time out may be just what you need to help you navigate life with a little more grace and ease.
