About Simply-Helping Retreats
We've heard it hundreds of times, but it's true... You have to take care of yourself first so you have the energy to take care of everything - and everyone - else. Self-care is not selfish!
Our retreats are here to help you remember who you are and that you are worthy of all the Universe has to offer. The techniques and tools we share, are things you can continue to use and implement after you leave Simply-Helping Retreats.
Our retreats are for you! You can participate as little or as much as you would like. You can sit in nature, take time to read a book or snuggle a fur baby. We offer nutritional meals, yoga, meditation, wellness and creativity classes daily.
Take time to "Control-Alt-Delete" while ringing in the New Year with like minded individuals at Simply-Helping Retreats. Reflect and renew so that you may set clear intentions for an AMAZING 2021!!
Our Control-Alt-Delete weekends will begin and include but won't be limited to:
7:45 Morning Tea, Coffee, or Juice
8:15 Active meditation
8:45 Yoga class
10:00 Morning break
10:30 Light breakfast served
11:00 * Healing /Wellness class offered
12:30 Mid day break
1:45 *Creative Project
3:30 Yoga class
4:30 Shavasana, meditation and recap
5:00 Karma Yoga
7:30 Wrap up day as a group or solo
(*Schedule is adjustable based on the group, weather and time available)
Registration closes on Friday, December 18, 2020. We offer a $50 discount to each booking when you book with one or two friends and a $75/booking discount if you bring three or more friends.
