Do you feel you need a break from life/work/family?
A woman's daily routine can be so busy and overwhelming these days that we HAVE TO stop and take care of ourselves. Simply-Helping Retreats offers intimate, affordable and serene space to do just that, while staying close to home.
Your weekend stay will include:
*Guided Meditations (to help you relax)
*Home cooked meals (prepared for you NOT by you)
*Energy Session (holistic healing free for you to experience)
*Gut Health (instructions & tips you can take home & use daily)

In addition to each of these activities, you will be provided with dorm room sleeping arrangements, all meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages (though alcoholic beverages are permitted if you would like). This weekend is about You! We’ve created Simply-Helping Retreats for those people, like me, who are looking for helpful tools to handle daily stresses AFTER the weekend is over!
