Our instructor will share information with you about Gut Health. Then, we will step into the kitchen and make two dishes for you to take home to enjoy. We will supply all the ingredients and the instructions you will need to make either an appetizer, a side dish, breakfast dish or a dessert that won’t upset your gut or eating habits.
