Do you dread holiday “gatherings” where everyone stands around and eats and drinks but no one discusses the “elephant in the room"? I shouldn’t be eating “that”...or I need to cut back on “that”? Or my doctor/trainer/coach/spouse and I agreed “that” is not good for me. Or the one that we all ignore the most….eating “that” doesn’t make me feel good!! Well join us today for our class on Gut Health and Surviving the Holiday Season.
If you knew more about how your gut was truly affected by what you ate or drank and you were equipped with some tools on what to make and how to make it wouldn't you feel better about the approaching the holiday season (or everyday life?)?
That will be our goal at this Gut Health and Surviving the Holiday Season class!
Our instructor, Ken Newbill of Newbill of Health, will share information with you about Gut Health. Then, we will step into the kitchen and make two dishes together as a group for you to experience & enjoy. Simply-Helping will supply all the ingredients and the instructions you will need to make either an appetizer, a side dish, breakfast dish or a dessert that won’t upset your gut or eating habits. You will have then experienced the process, have the instructions and therefore, you will be equipped to make it yourself at home.
We are hosting 2 classes; register today for both classes or register for one class with a friend and save $50 or register for either class individually. Snacks, beverages and lunch will be provided during your stay at Simply-Helping's workshop.
