Day Retreat at Simply-Helping Retreats
Simply-Helping Retreats invites you to "Control-Alt-Delete" for the day with us & experience the healing, nurturing & inspiration that you are looking for. We will have Yoga, guided meditations, food and more.

About Simply-Helping Retreats
We've heard it hundreds of times, but it's true... You have to take care of yourself first so you have the energy to take care of everything - and everyone - else. Self-care is not selfish!
Our Control-Alt-Delete weekends will begin and include but won't be limited to:
8:00 Morning Tea, Coffee, or Juice
8:30 Active meditation
9:00 Hatha yoga class
10:30 Light breakfast served
11:00 *Healing/Wellness class offered (We will be sharing the practice of Ho'oponopono)
12:30 Karma Yoga (time spent as a group or solo)
1:45 *Creative Project
3:30 Hatha yoga class
4:30 Shavasana, meditation and recap
(*Schedule is adjustable based on the group, weather and time available)
**Today, Simply-Helping Retreats offers you the ability to stay for the remainder of the day to join the following activities:
5:00 Karma Yoga (time spent as a group or solo)
8:30 Wrap up day as a group or solo
**You are also invited to stay for Karma yoga class, dinner and campfire discussion and meditation for an additional $25.
