About Simply-Helping Retreats
Our monthly healing circles will be held on the beach (weather permitting!!) as we sit or lay down on or off camera to heal and release stuck and stagnant energy. Give yourself an hour to sit and relax, I will hopefully be on the beach sending all we release out into the sea!! Letting go and releasing feels GREAT!! Taking a time out may be just what you need to help you navigate life with a little more grace and ease.
