We've heard it hundreds of times, but it's true... You have to take care of yourself first so you have the energy to take care of everything - and everyone - else. Self-care is not selfish!
Simply-Helping Retreats is open to you so that you may take the time to pause and reflect on all you have to be grateful for. We will practice some new and maybe some old techniques on how to set clear intentions on what we want and desire in our life.
Our retreats are for you! To help you remember who you are and that you are worthy of all the Universe has to offer. The techniques and tools we share, are things you can continue to use and implement after you leave Simply-Helping Retreats.
You can participate as little or as much as you would like. You can sit in nature, take time to read a book or snuggle a fur baby. We offer nutritional meals, yoga, meditation, wellness and creativity classes daily.

Our Control-Alt-Delete weekends will begin and include but won't be limited to:
7:45 Morning Tea, Coffee, or Juice
8:15 Active meditation
8:45 Hatha yoga class
10:00 Karma Yoga (time to yourself)
10:30 Light breakfast served
11:00 *Healing /Wellness class offered
12:30 Karma Yoga
1:45 *Creative Project
3:30 Hatha yoga class
4:45 Karma Yoga
7:30 Campfire meditation (wrap up day as a group or solo based on the group, weather, and time available)

Registration closes on Friday, January10, 2020. We offer a $50 discount to each booking when you book with one or two friends and a $75/booking discount if you bring three or more friends.
