Simply-Helping Wellness Retreats provides a safe and nurturing space for you to explore, enhance and cultivate the life of your dreams. While enjoying our beautiful property we will immerse in fun and transformational activities that inspire health, wellness, and growth.

When driving onto the property, the first thing you’ll notice is expansive front yard. Surrounded by trees, creating an inviting atmosphere and a safe place where we can work on clearing any struggles while we reset old patterns and views that no longer bring you inner peace.

We help you to make choices based on your feelings, choices that come from a heart centered place. As nature, movement and the healing techniques we share, work their magic so that you can begin to ground yourself and heal your inner child and soul wounds. This weekend is so that you can listen to your body, your heart and ultimately your “soul”! They know what’s right for you.

You will leave the retreat feeling relaxed, recharged, and more connected with your soul/higher self. Allowing you to look at your life from a more balanced and with an open perspective.

What's unique about this retreat?

Simply-Helping Retreats holds space for each guest to experience their own personal transformation (physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually). This will happen through easy to follow healing techniques, guided meditations, gentle yoga, beginner aerial yoga (if group chooses), fun creative project(s), group and private discussions, and daily group energy clearing and healing sessions. As a guest, you will have the time and space to experience and process your thoughts and feelings alone, in nature, or with the other retreat guests if you choose.

While guided meditations and yoga are daily staples at each retreat and are part of the retreat's foundation, the intention behind each retreat is to assist you in your day to day growth and wellbeing long after the retreat is over! Holly has found that by sharing simple healing techniques, along with energy clearing and healing sessions, guests have experienced greater and longer lasting benefits.

It's been said hundreds of times, but it's true. "L.Y.F.E." - Love Yourself First Everyday so that you are balanced from the inside out and then you can take care of everything - and everyone - else. Self-care is not selfish!

During the retreat, there will be daily group healing circles to align your chakras and to clear each of your “bodies”: your physical body, your emotional body, your mental body, and your energetic/spiritual body. This will allow you to relax and open up to all that is possible!

Holly loves working with clients on Zoom (individually or in a group) but hosting retreats allows her to work in person with you. The tools and techniques you will experience, will continue to assist you long after you have gone home (if you apply them)!

During your stay, you can participate as little or as much as you would like. You can sit in nature, take time to read a book, or snuggle a fur baby.

Here is a "sample" schedule of what Simply-Helping Retreats offers and tweaks it based on the individual group.

Day 1

*16:00 Arrive and check-in

*18:30 Dinner

*19:30 Evening meditation with group healing circle

*22:00 Lights out

Day 2 and day 3

*08:00 Light breakfast served

*08:45 Group wellness workshop

*09:30 Gentle yoga/movement class

*10:30 Group healing circle

*11:30 Karma yoga (time spent as a group or solo)

*12:15 Lunch break

*13:00 Creative project for you and your inner child

*16:00 Yoga/movement or aerial yoga class (based on the group)

*17:00 Karma yoga (time spent as a group or solo)

*18:30 Dinner

*19:30 Campfire meditation and energy healing/clearing -  (weather permitting)

*22:00 Lights out

Day 4

*08:00 Light breakfast served

*08:45 Group wellness workshop or gentle yoga/movement class

*09:15 Group healing circle to remove excess energy or thoughts before heading home

*11:00 Check out

Schedule is adjustable based on the group, weather, and time available.

We offer a $50 discount to each booking when you book with one or two friends and a $75/booking discount if you bring three or more friends.

What one client said after attending our last Thanksgiving Retreat:  "I arrived a bit nervous and was greeted so warmly that any apprehension quickly dissolved. Holly’s home is very well suited for a retreat. There was a good bit of stretching and yoga, but that wasn’t all. Presentations and activities that were all geared toward spiritual and physical well-being were also included, although nothing was mandatory.  We had nice weather for November, but not warm enough to enjoy the beautiful pool.

Holly requested information on any dietary needs or preferences, so the delicious home cooked meals were tailored to each individual with alternative options served.
