About Simply-Helping Retreats
We've heard it hundreds of times, but it's true... You have to take care of yourself first so you have the energy to take care of everything - and everyone - else. Self-care is not selfish!Â
Simply-Helping Retreats is open to you so that you may take the time to relax and reflect on all you have to be grateful for. Â We will practice some new and maybe some old techniques on how to set clear intentions on what we want and desire in our lives.Â
Our retreats are for you! Â To help you remember who you are and that you are worthy of all the Universe has to offer. Â The techniques and tools we share, are things you can continue to use and implement after you leave Simply-Helping Retreats. Â
You can participate as little or as much as you would like. Â You can sit in nature, take time to read a book or snuggle a fur baby. We offer nutritional meals, yoga (Hatha and Aerial), meditation, healing sessions, as well as wellness and creativity classes daily. Â
Take time to "Control-Alt-Delete" this weekend with us and clear any feelings/karma that came up with the COVID-19 and let's set your intention for the rest of 2020!!Â

Our Control-Alt-Delete weekends will begin and include but won't be limited to:
  7:45 Morning Tea, Coffee, or JuiceÂ
  8:15 Active meditationÂ
  8:45 Yoga classÂ
10:00 Karma yoga (time spent as a group or solo)Â
10:30 Light breakfast servedÂ
11:00 *Healing /Wellness sessions offeredÂ
12:30 Karma yogaÂ
  1:00 LunchÂ
  1:45 *Creative ProjectÂ
  3:30 Yoga class
  4:45 Karma Yoga Â
  6:30 DinnerÂ
  7:30 Campfire meditation (wrap up day as a group or solo based on the group, weather, and time available)Â

Registration closes on Friday, May 15, 2020. Â We offer a $50 discount to each booking when you book with one or two friends and a $75/booking discount if you bring three or more friends. Â
